For over a century, the Clay County Fair has been where friends and families gather to celebrate community, agriculture, and tradition. The Farm to Fork FUNdraiser — Supporting the Next 100 Years — brings that same spirit to a night of good food, meaningful giving, and shared purpose.

This annual event benefits the Clay County Fair Charitable Trust, which provides support for:

• Facility improvements and maintenance across the fairgrounds
• Grounds enhancements and infrastructure projects
• Youth agricultural education and leadership opportunities
• Emergency needs that aren’t covered in the regular budget

• 6:00 p.m. — Social Hour: Mingle with friends and fellow Fair supporters
• 7:00 p.m. — Dinner: Four-course meal prepared by Chef Phil Poutre
• 8:00 p.m. — Dessert: Savor a chef-created finale
• 8:15 p.m. — Live Auction: Bid on unique items and experiences
